Abstract :
Gridding is an important work in the micro array image processing. In existing gridding methods, projection algorithm has been widely used because of its simple and relative accurate. But it still has shortage in some aspects, such as not satisfying veracity, poor applicability and time wasting. This paper improves the shortage of the projection method, and puts forward statistics-adaptive gridding method to improve the efficiency and accuracy of image processing.
