Abstract :
The practicability of power flow tracing will be a hot spot of research after transmission open access. Based on thorough analysis of the practicability of power flow tracing, a fast and accurate two sequence method is used to solve the issue of the tracing sequence. A reactive power source is put on both sides of the transmission line to solve the problem of capacitor charging power. An equivalent change method is introduced to solve the issue of negative sequence reactance of the transformer. The transmission system of China´s Jilin province (155 nodes) is used as an example in the paper. The calculation precision completely meets projected demands. The calculation results show the effectiveness and soundness of the solutions proposed in the paper.
