Abstract :
AstroPower is developing a manufacturing process for Silicon-Film (TM) solar cell production under an NREL-administered PVMaT cost-share program. Progress in improving efficiencies and increasing the size and production volume of Silicon-Film(TM) solar cells over the past year are discussed. Future concepts and goals for the Silicon-Film(TM) process are also discussed
