Abstract
The soft PLC technology is a new technology which rise rapidly in the field of industrial automation. Soft PLC ladder based on IEC61131.3 standard development system were designed and implemented on the Windows platform. First introduced the structural design of the system, including the ladder editor, syntax checking, ladder diagram translate to Instruction List, and instruction list compilation process, in particular, is to introduce how to generate the machine code corresponding to the MCU, In addition, using examples to verify the correctness of the development system, to ensure access to the desired object code after the ladder program has been translated and compiled.
