  • Abstract
    This article is to improve the weakness situation of the plan and design of the Urban Mass Transport (UMT) and its operating Management, through the mode of “management+ platform +portal”. Abiding by the SOA standard of TOGAF, We use open and integrated applied platform and merge lots of BPM experience, aimed at doing research and design on a integrated information system for the urban rail transit.
