Abstract :
The noise of an active receiving antenna is analyzed in this paper. The design criterion and some design consideration for short wave active receiving antenna is given. The method to measure the noise figure of the active receiving antenna is proposed. It is simple efficient and no extra request for the detection performance of the measuring instrument. The experimental confirmation shown that this method is correct.
