Abstract :
In this paper the concepts of the circulation economy and unpolluting building were describes, the basis for the application of circulation economy in green building was analyzed, and the operational mechanism of the circulation economy in the development of the green building was investigated, the policies and measures of the circulation economy in the development of the green building were advanced.
