Abstract

The Fraunhofer ISE PV-Charts are a compilation of certified solar cell data measured at the Fraunhofer ISE PV calibration laboratory. Not just world record cells are included in this list. It is rather intended to give a survey of the state of the art that is reached at various research-or industrial laboratories/production lines. Therefore, high efficiency cells, but also emerging technologies-even of lower efficiency-will be listed if they are of general interest. The data are presented in graphical and tabular form
