Abstract :
In this paper we report a tunable MOST-only resonator circuit based on pseudo-differential continuous time transconductors for applications in low-voltage systems over HF range. By using a 0.8/spl mu/ pure digital CMOS process, a prototype 6th-order 175 MHz band pass filter with a side-band rejection lower than -80 dB confirms the feasibility of the proposed resonator in very-high frequency applications such as IF band pass sections of RF front-end circuits. The filter consumes less than 55 mW from a 2.5 V supply. The measured dynamic range was 62 dB at IM3 of 0.5%. The active area is 0.35 mm/sup 2/.
