Abstract :
The decarburization predication model was used to detection of carbon content in RH degasser. Decarburization predication system in RH degasser uses computer technology to analyze on-line data, to study the relation between the carbon content and the difference type molten steel data and processing data and to recognize carbon content of the steel with expert knowledge. The recognizing results can be obtained before molten steel enter RH degasser. So, corresponding countermeasure can be used to treat molten steel. On the basis of fully integrated in the RH treatment if steel processing conditions, according to decarburization mathematical model, the components of the system on decarburization prediction was established by computer langue C.
