Abstract :
Investigates patents on information technology-based SCM (supply chain management), analyzes the technical trends involved, and summarizes the problems to be solved for the future development of SCM. The analysis results of these SCM patents indicates, there are many SCM patents related to the manufacture of products, physical distribution of parts and members in stock, inventory of products and physical distribution of products, and there are many information technology patents related to production schedule change cycle time reduction, purchased material ordering and delivery synchronization, chain task speed synchronization, information sharing and visualization, and customer order delivery date immediate reply simulation.
