Abstract :
A bilateral exchange and distribution negotiation problem is a problem that two persons who have interdependent goals try to get a solution which satisfies any constraints by exchanging alternative resources in order to distribute the resources to get more profit. It is difficult to solve this problem because it is not desirable to inform the negotiator´s constraints to the opponent. The paper proposes extension of the negotiation method using the improving knowledge for considering the negotiator´s satisfying level for the agreement plan by introducing the hierarchized conditions expressing the negotiator´s ideal about an agreement plan.
