Realizing route for rural collective construction land circulation in Chongqing

The circulation of rural collective construction land is important for evidentizating land assets and balancing urban-rural development. Chongqing as an example, This paper used empirical analysis and normative analysis methods, analyzed the problems existing in the circulation of rural collective construction land. This paper concluded that realizing route must be constructed by system construction, mechanism construction, related policies, legal construction and circulation media to regulate rural collective construction land circulation.
