Abstract :
Various of abrupt physical phenomena of earth-atmosphere can bring various of irregular changes of ionosphere, and it make different influences on short-wave communication. In this paper, we use new test material to discuss the effect of ionospheric disturbance on short-wave communication. This new method is using Doppler shift curve of standard radio wave recorded by HF-Doppler detector. And at the end we point out that use selective-frequency system is a practical way to resolve the problem of long-distance short-wave communication.
