Research on the construction of rural concentrated residential based on farmers willingness

Construction of rural concentrated residential is an important part of the new rural construction and whether it can proceed smoothly or not depends on two faces: “executive power” and “planning power” from top to down, Spontaneous “market forces” of the farmers from bottom to up. In this article, from the view of the latter, we invested the main factors which affect the relocation will of farmers, putted forward some core issues which should be resolved in the process of the new rural communities construction, and then come up with some suggestions for the planning about layout of towns and villages system.
