Abstract :
In order to obtain an operation, which remains high performance, in many contingent disturbances case, it is necessary to have a robust and reactive control system. We propose a control system where the decision-making centres and the associated communication are decentralised and integrated on each machine. This allows the possibility of taking into account their real capacity at the decision-making time. First, we will describe the concepts of our proposed approach. Then, we will show how we can apply them in a Hub, which is an automated rail transfer yard.
