Research on innovative excellent engineers cultivation

Excellent Engineer Training Program is formulated by the Ministry of Education in 2009. It has been included in the medium and long term development plan of the Chinese higher education plan. It´s the symbol of large-scale engineering education reform. The goal of this paper is to develop and demonstrate the teaching reform of innovative excellent engineers cultivation based on CDIO Syllabus. We strengthen the learning process management and focus on the development of student learning assessment to reform excellent engineers´ cultivation.
