Abstract
Teachers play an important role in the education of universities. The quality of teachers stands for the level and quality of education in a certain degree. Most of current statistics and analyzing systems can´t meet the demand of universities. In this paper, a university teacher information analyzing system based on MDA is proposed. Compared with the traditional software development, we firstly define the data statistics models for teachers´ workload computation, performance evaluation and subsidy distribution. Then the entire process of data statistics and analysis is implemented. Last according to the specific data, we adopt appropriate visualization methods to show the statistics result. Our system realizes data statistics and analysis, and supports decision-making. Decision-makers can find out the hidden problems existing in the university and improve the quality of teachers´ work.
