With the fast development of information technology, Internet revolutionizes business education. Although the case method is widely used in business school and plays an essential role in management education, it is not enough and the irrelevance of “big cases” and the students leads to the lost of perception. Traditional cases are stationary and modified by case writers. This kind of defect is named as “Harvard Type Virus”. In this paper, we propose a method of dynamic case teaching and learning in a web-based simulation environment. By business simulation software, we can enhance the learner-content interaction, learner-instructor interaction, and learner-learner interaction.
