Abstract :
This paper describes an approach to the simulation of radar signatures from large complex targets. Due to the difficult problems of actual measuring and scaling measuring for the signature of large-scale radar targets under the condition to wideband, an effective approach of computing high-frequency radar cross section (RCS) to complex targets is presented in advance, and then the target´s ID range profile can be obtained. The result suggests that it is possible to obtain satisfying simulated radar signature using this approach.
