The development study on road transport industry based on service innovation

In the historical background of accelerated development of modern service industry, this paper presents that the road transport service innovation should be the core of transition of road transport industry from traditional service to modern service. In the basis of analyzing the connotation and the motive of service innovation, this paper studies the basic realization strategies of service innovation of road transport: service packs and diversification strategy, and points out that the achieving means are service processing and standardization.
