Abstract :
The distribution system optimal rush-maintain path (ORP) is the important function of a distribution management system. According to the theory analysis and practical collected fault data, the practical feature of distribution system faults is analyzed in this paper. From the aspect of topology structure analysis of urban road, the viewpoint that any fault site could be considered on the road is proposed in this paper. According to this hypothesis, the line fault could be considered on the relative two nodes. Then the distribution system ORP problem could be transferred into the traveling time shortest problem. Under the condition of above analysis, the method and its mathematical model of urban distribution system ORP is obtained, and the effect factors are deeply analyzed in this paper. The test shows that the mathematical model proposed in this paper has practicability and flexibility, and could meet the requirements of distribution system ORP solution.
