  • Abstract
    Tacit knowledge management on the construction industry is very important. Based on previous research results and summarized a questionnaire, the paper states the content of tacit knowledge and facts of developing it, then uses the empirical research methods to study the tacit knowledge and describes the extent of tacit knowledge and management status in detail.
