  • Abstract
    Smart home service system is a new service application in the service computing and cloud computing environment. This paper discusses the issues of business process analysis, modeling and design for smart home service system. A new smart home idea is introduced, and the system architecture is proposed which is constructed on three networks: home IoT network, home service network and family social network. Home business processes are analyzed and classified, and then a BPMN-based home business process modeling method is presented with the procurement business being taken as an example to illustrate the modeling method. System function design is discussed at the end.
