Abstract
This paper presents an application of fuzzy logic power system stabilizer (FLPSS) to the large electric power system (EPS). Application of the self-organizing artificial neural network (ANN) is suggested to clusterization of the estimating disturbances. Tuning parameters of FLPSS is considered by using a genetic algorithm (GA).
