Abstract :
During the operation of the tunnels, the lining may get `sick´, such as the water leakage, cracks, spalling and voids behind the lining, all of these will heavily affect the tunnel´s safety, to protect the tunnel users and owners, the lining has to be inspected regularly, Generally, the tunnel is inspected manually, which is very slow and inefficient, and some defects even can not be found out, such as the voids behind the lining. Many devices have been developed to detect these defects recently, such as GPR (ground penetrating radar), infrared camera, digital camera, etc. But these devices are often used respectively, so the overall health condition of the tunnel lining usually can not be obtained at one time, if the information of all kinds of defects can be obtained, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can be performed based on these information, with the results of the evaluation, a reasonable maintenance measure can be taken, which can ensure the safety of the people and the tunnel.
