Abstract
Based on the performance-based thought, making the max stress and energy dissipating as the design parameter, A new seismic design methods for suspending oil pipeline is given out. Drawn on the experience of the seismic design for reinforced concrete structure, the seismic damage model of the suspending pipeline is given out for the design, and two-stage design method of the suspending oil pipeline is presented.
