Abstract :
The management quality and the quality of teaching of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is the core and key problem to be focused on solving. The cooperative enrollment of students in two majors “applied computing” and “software engineering” between the Computer and Software department of Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology and Waterford Institute of Technology in Ireland, uses “4+0” and “3+1”modes. We are targeting the “4+0” mode on the characteristics of teaching management, teaching strategies, teaching methods and other aspects of research and practice more in-depth, so that our school´s cooperative education can develop the right approach with appropriate teaching mode, form scientific teaching project, select the correct teaching methods to provide theoretical and practical basis to improve the “4+0” cooperative education management system, improve teaching quality and maximize the training of high-quality international-based IT professionals. Study focuses mainly on the adaptation “4+0” mode of international cooperation in the cultivation of school teachers, issues about how to improve the teaching quality, scientific management and enhancement of the international ability of “4+0” students, and cooperation in running schools and other teaching materials optimization problem.
