In order to meet the market demand, through some research this paper concludes the capacity of the computer professional job requirements and sets up the ability formation system in corresponding. The whole paper does an analysis based on the ability systems and builds a practice teaching system-distributes the training of ability to each practice teaching part, through the implementation of each practice teaching part to train students´ ability to reach a unity of the ability system and the practice teaching system.
