Abstract :
The main purpose of related computer networking courses is to develop the practical abilities of students. Currently computer networking courses become more and more practical and the contents are also updated quickly, which make the drawbacks of traditional written examination mode increasingly obvious. Many domestic colleges have adopted online examinations. And examination modes are almost that teachers extract problems from the pool and students solve the problems via computers. Yet the mode is not fully effective to examine students´ networking knowledge. We analyze current situations on the examinations of computer networking courses. We put forward the Visualization Examination Mode (VEM) on Networking Practical Course. Through using exam tools effectively and actively to achieve a theoretical and practical combination, we make related examinations more intuitive and effective.
