Abstract :
For through-wall imaging radar, the slowing down and refraction of the wave as it propagates through a dielectric wall are important factors that must be taken into account for effective and accurate imaging. In this paper, a closed form method is proposed to compensate the slowing down and refraction of the wave. Simulation results verifying the proposed approach are presented.
