Abstract

A novel practical talent training system is proposed for electrical engineering and automation. Firstly, a new model of a talent training system is found according to the engineering in this paper. Secondly, the basic frame is proposed about the setting idea of professional talent training system. Thirdly the setting method of professional talent training system is appeared according to the engineering. Finally, it is nature to set a model of professional talent training system to resolve maladjustment problem of society requirement with talent training. Application results show the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed system.
