Abstract :
A new thin-film bolometer mount for the 3.5 mm coaxial line system is being developed. It uses a structured nickel film on a mica substrate as a resistor. The bolometer responsivity and the frequency dependence of the reflection coefficient are measured. The results agree well with the behaviour of an equivalent electric circuit.
