Illustrations processing analysis in sci-tech essays

Sci-tech essays feature more illustrations. Although Word has powerful word-processing capabilities, it is very difficult to draw a number of precise and complex graphics. AutoCAD, widely used plot software in present, can easily offer the convenience for two-dimensional and three-dimensional engineering drawings design. However quite often it appears to pictures inserted from AutoCAD in Word documents that lines are too small or may be indented. First, analyze illustrations quality and various methods of inserting AutoCAD Drawings into Word documents. Finally, propose the method of inserting AutoCAD Drawings using BetterWMF software. Application results show that the method is not only simple and practical, but also overcome the shortcomings mentioned above.
