  • Abstract
    A guard ring capacitor has been constructed and is used for absolute determinations of the loss angle of capacitors at SP (Swedish National Testing and Research Institute). The accuracy is estimated to /spl plusmn/1 ppm (k=2). The main source of error is from the quadrature errors in the capacitance bridge.
