Abstract :
Accuracy of AD conversion can be improved using correction of ADC non-linearity. An application of the analytical inverse function of INL(n) curve (except other possibilities) can be used. The application of this method is dependent on the possibility to derive the inverse function to the function approximating the INL(n) curve. The first achieved result was published in [4]. The results of further simulations, which take into account also additive noise, jitter in sampling, non-zero sampled signal phase and hysteretic behavior of the ADC, are published in this paper.
