Abstract :
A nonlinear parameter estimation algorithm is proposed to improve the blind multiuser detection based on power estimation (Kalman-P). In view of the estimation error of power of the desired user, the nonlinear mu-law compression function in communication theory is applied in our proposed algorithm. Computer simulations show that the new detection scheme has better performance in signal-to-interference ratio (SIR) than the Kalman-P.
