Abstract :
Aiming at the comprehensive and seamless information integration of gas-making furnace, a resolution scheme of information integration in the special environment is given based on OPC technology after detailed analysis the superiority of monitor configuration software and OPC technology in the integration of information systems. In addition, a set of OPC server is developed and designed under Visual c# environment and is then tested for its communication completely. It not only solved the incompatible problem of bottom data transmission, but also realized the rapid access to the field data, and reduced the transmission delay.
