Abstract
This paper describes the electrical characteristics of an ultrasonic transducer through the results of experiments from the point of view of driving by inverter. In order to realize ZCS operation of the inverter, the characteristics of inverter are calculated using normalized numerical analysis. Optimized circuit design based on the experimental and numerical analyses is presented with consideration of switching stresses
