Abstract
The precision wired-wound resistor as a reference element is widely used in the analogue signal processing units of electronic instruments. Our investigation is focused on the thermal dynamic behavior of these components. Using the model described in this paper, a power affected deviation of 1 ppm of the resistance can be handled.
