Abstract :
In connection with the characteristics of central heating boilers, a calcium based double liquid-level sprayed bubbling flue gas desulphurization device is presented in this paper. Its desulphurizing mechanism is introduced. Then the industrial application of the device is discussed. Desulphurization efficiency and dust control efficiency vary little when boiler load is changed within the range of 30% to 100%. In the end, the following conclusions are drawn, this device can improve efficiency, decrease deposit, reduce cost, dispose desulphurization products and ash together so that water pollution is lowered down.
