Abstract :
We study for the Gaussian multiple access channel a joint channel decoder and multiple access interference canceller. For each user, the decoder output is used to generate a soft estimate of the user signal. The estimate is improved by iterating decoding and cancellation until reliable estimation of all users is reached. A reliable decoding is then performed. Simulation results are presented
