Practical notes on bilingual teaching for science & engineering majored college students

As one of the most important measures taken in the educational reform in China, bilingual teaching has been drawing more and more attention in high-learning institutes. The author of this paper makes brief recollection on bilingual teaching history in China, addresses some important issues concerning bilingual teaching for science and engineering college students, shares his bi-teaching methods with prospective readers, and finally gives some suggestions in regard to further improving the bilingual teaching quality for engineering classes.
