Abstract :
According to the status in the Fenhe River water quality and the river water quality management objectives of each functional area, we focused on the major pollutants (NH3 - N and COD being typical), selected the one-dimensional water quality model and the appropriate parameters, and calculated the driest month average flow of the river under a different guaranteed rate between 1994 and 2008. The water environmental carrying capacities are then obtained, which provide a scientific basis for the Fenhe River water environmental protection and management.
