Abstract :
Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is a software architectural style which aims at achieving loose coupling among interacting of software agents. SOA brings more agility and flexibility to business applications by emphasizing on reusing business processes and IT assets. It enables organizations, enterprises to easily integrate systems, data, applications and processes that are connected by the link of services. With the rapid development of Internet and modern education, the current education system is facing new problems, such as integrating the existing education software systems and the resources. Therefore, finding a revolution for education software design and development, and realizing the ranges from software engineering to software architecture is a key issue to many educators and researchers. In this paper, an approach of design and implementation of SOA-based computer aided learning platform is proposed as an attempt to solve the “information isolated island”, duplication development problem which exist in current computer aided educational system. And the modeling-related business process of this platform is also described and analyzed in the paper.
