Abstract :
Population is always regarded as one of the most important driving forces of LUCC. Based on the needs of research on driving force of LUCC, impact factors of population distribution, land use system and registered permanent residence system of China, environmental limitation law of the minimum and theories of agricultural location, according to the idea of modeling separately by town and country, controlled by county and modeling sub-areaed by multi-source data fusion, 1-kmed grid spatialization model of Population data of Jilin Province in 2000 was built. The precision of spatialized result was high according to checking up by 44 villages and towns of 3 county selected from Jilin Province.
