Abstract :
With the requirement of the latest developments in computer and basic computer course at the University and the guiding ideology, “to further strengthen the views of Computer Teaching in Higher Education” that proposed by the Ministry of Education in Computer Basic Course Steering Committee, our university put forward the thought of compilation, “urgent need knowledge first, practice guidance, case driven, inductive learning”, after we made many research, and referenced many teaching materials written by other universities, and under the guidance of training applicative talents that put forward by our school, that is, “solid basic theory, strong ability to adapt to society and practice”, and based on the principle of “solid and sufficient, scientific and advanced, steady and flexible”, we study and develop a set of three-dimensional Basic college courses materials facing applicative talents, in order to develop students´ basic computer skills and ability of practical application and creative spirit.
