Abstract :
With the upsurge and development of global software industry, IT corporations are in increasing need of talents and their specialized skills. The interaction between IT corporations and education and talents cultivating modes of higher education are of greater value as well. Firstly the interaction between IT corporations and education is presented. And then the relationships between IT corporations and higher education are discussed. Finally the talents cultivating modes of higher education is explored.
