            Abstract : 
An ultralow frequency oscillator is discussed in which switched capacitors (SC) are used instead of resistors in CR phase shifters. The oscillation was stable down to the order of 10 /spl mu/Hz. The oscillation frequency varied linearly with the clock frequency of SC. An automatic gain controller is also discussed.
