Abstract :
In the 12th National Five-year Plan period, China will enhance its industrial competitiveness by leaps and bounds. With the perfection of national policies in Energy Management Contract, the energy-saving industry is offering new opportunities for China to enhance its industrial competitiveness. Based on the Porter Diamond Model, this paper explored the mechanism of Energy Management Contract combined with companies in the whole industry chain, then found three main paths of industrial upgrading from the Energy Management Contract perspective.
